As a Sales Coordinator-Wedding, you’re not just supporting sales operations and lead generation to help drive new business – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Support wedding sales operations: Assist the Wedding Sales team with daily administrative tasks, data entry, document preparation, filing, and maintaining accurate client and booking records.
- Assist with wedding inquiries and appointments: Respond to initial inquiries, coordinate appointments and venue visits, and provide basic information about Conrad Tokyo’s wedding services and facilities.
- Prepare wedding-related documents: Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, contracts, banquet event information, and other documents required throughout the wedding planning process.
- Coordinate with couples and internal teams: Assist with communication between couples and hotel departments such as Banquets, Culinary, Reservations, and other teams to ensure wedding arrangements are accurately shared and followed up.
- Support wedding fairs and events: Help prepare for wedding fairs, venue showcases, client appointments, and other promotional events, including setup and guest reception.
- Maintain client information and follow-ups: Update client details, appointment records, wedding schedules, and sales activities in the relevant systems, and support timely follow-up with prospective and confirmed couples.
- Deliver Conrad hospitality: Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to couples and their families, helping create a smooth and memorable experience from their first inquiry through their wedding day.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Fluency in Japanese Language is required.
